Terms of Service for INBOT Studio

1. Purpose and Definitions
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MARS AI Inc. ("Company") and users of INBOT Studio and related services (the "Service").
"User" means any member or non-member who uses the Service. "Content" means any text, image, floor plan, or other material uploaded or entered by a user, and "Output" means any result generated or processed through the Service.
2. Changes to the Terms
These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise made available to users.
The Company may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a material change is made, the effective date and reason for the change will be announced in advance.
3. Accounts and Authentication
- Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for any disadvantage caused by false information.
- When social login is used, sign-up or login is handled based on the account information provided by the relevant provider.
- Users are responsible for the security of their account and access devices.
- Except where team plans or separate agreements expressly allow it, an account must be used by the registered user.
4. Service Provision and Changes
- The Company may add, change, or discontinue features as part of operating the Service.
- If a material change occurs, the Company may provide prior notice.
5. Content and Output
Users may upload content only if they have the lawful rights to that content or the necessary permission to use it.
- The Company may store, reproduce, transmit, or transform content to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Users may request the practical end of this permission by deleting content or deleting their account, except where retention is required by law.
- The Company may restrict access to or delete content if there is a legal reason or a valid claim of rights infringement.
Users may use output generated through the Service for commercial purposes, including proposals, presentations, and portfolios. The Company does not claim separate ownership over output generated from user input. If uploaded materials or reference materials include third-party rights, users are responsible for having the necessary permission to use them.
6. Notice on AI Features and Output
- The Service may include AI-based analysis, extraction, or generation features, and results may be probabilistic, inaccurate, or incomplete.
- Output is provided for informational purposes and does not replace legal, medical, safety, architectural, or design advice.
- Users must review output and use it at their own responsibility.
- The Company may review or process user input and output within a limited scope to fulfill requests and to check quality, safety, and abuse-prevention conditions.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another person, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with service operations
- Posting unlawful information or infringing the rights of others
- Improper use of the Service, including reverse engineering
- Generating excessive load on the Service or third-party providers through bulk requests or automation
- Using the Service or its output for illegal, harmful, discriminatory, hateful, or violent purposes
8. Intellectual Property
Rights to the Service and related content belong to the Company or the rightful owner.
Rights to user-uploaded materials remain with the user and are used only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
9. Paid Services
The Company may provide certain features as paid services. Pricing, billing cycles, included scope, and refund rules are described on the checkout page, license page, or in a separate policy.
- Monthly or annual subscriptions are billed in advance unless stated otherwise, and cancellation stops the next renewal charge.
- Use of already-paid service periods, included credits, and purchased extra credits follow the applicable plan policy and checkout terms.
- Taxes, VAT, invoicing, and custom contract terms may vary based on the user's region or agreement type.
Payments may be processed through an external payment provider, and the Company handles only the transaction data permitted by law. Full card details may be handled directly by the payment provider.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Company may limit liability for losses caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
- Demo or beta features may not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability may be limited to the fees directly related to the paid service in question or the amount paid by the user during a relevant period.
11. Termination and Restrictions
- Users may request account deletion at any time.
- If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate the account after prior notice.
12. Privacy
The Company processes personal information to provide the Service, and details are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office may have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
