1. Overview
MARS AI Inc. (the "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws and protects users' personal information in providing INBOT Studio and related services.
This Policy explains what personal information we collect, use, retain, and entrust in the course of providing the Service, and how users may exercise their rights.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email, name or nickname, profile image, and authentication identifiers
- Usage records: access time, IP address, user agent, device and browser information, feature usage history, and error or performance logs
- User-provided content: uploaded files such as room photos and floor plans, along with related metadata
- Customer support information: inquiry content, contact details, and attachments
We collect this information through sign-up, login, file uploads, customer inquiries, and information automatically generated during operation of the Service.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- User registration, login, identity verification, and account management
- Service delivery and product improvement
- Security, abuse prevention, and account protection
- Customer support, notices, and dispute handling
4. Notice on AI Processing
The Service may use uploaded images, floor plans, and input information to perform AI-based analysis, summarization, extraction, and generation.
In this process, data may be sent to external AI providers to the extent necessary to provide the feature.
Input materials and output may be reviewed or processed to fulfill requests, check quality, respond to failures, and prevent abuse. AI output is probabilistic, so users should review it before relying on it for important decisions.
5. Retention Period
- Account information may be retained until account deletion or the end of the service relationship.
- Uploaded files and outputs may be retained until the user deletes them or removes them from the workspace.
- Support records, operational logs, and security records may be retained for a reasonable period needed for support, failure analysis, and abuse prevention.
- Where retention is required by law, information is retained separately for the applicable statutory period.
6. Processors
As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, to operate the Service, we entrust certain processing activities to the processors below.

7. User Rights
- Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent regarding their personal information.
- Requests may be sent to support@marsai.app and will be processed after identity verification.
- Account deletion or data deletion requests may be submitted through the same contact channel.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies for service delivery, security, and session maintenance.
Users may refuse cookies through browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
9. International Processing
Personal information may be processed on servers outside the user's country, including outside the Republic of Korea, as part of service operation, AI processing, or cloud infrastructure use.
We use infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, and Cloudflare R2 as needed to provide the Service and follow the safeguards and procedures required by applicable law.
10. Security
The Company applies reasonable safeguards such as access control, encryption, and monitoring.
However, complete security cannot be guaranteed in any internet environment.
11. Children's Information
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If we become aware that such information was collected, we will take prompt steps including deletion.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated as laws or the Service change. If there is a material change, we will announce it through the Service or this page.
