1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases for INBOT provided by MARS AI Inc. (the "Company").
Subscriptions, separately purchased credit packs, and contract-based plans may be reviewed under different standards depending on the billing method and contract form.
2. Review Criteria
- The Company may prioritize review of duplicate charges, clear accidental payments, and cases where the Service could not be used immediately after payment.
- Refund eligibility is not determined by payment timing alone. We also review order status, usage history, and whether generation or editing work has already been processed.
- Refunds may be limited or declined under applicable law, payment-method rules, or transaction risk controls.
3. Cases Where Refunds May Be Limited
- Subscriptions where service use has already started
- Purchased extra credits already used for generation, editing, or upscaling
- Enterprise plans operated under separate contracts or invoicing arrangements
- Change-of-mind requests after service delivery has already started
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@marsai.app.
- The email used for the purchase
- Payment date/time and amount
- The reason for the request, such as duplicate charge, accidental payment, or inability to use the service
- If available, an invoice, authorization detail, or screenshot of the issue
5. Review and Processing
The Company reviews the order status and usage history based on the submitted information and then replies with its refund decision.
If a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear may vary depending on the payment method or payment provider policy.
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops a future charge, while a refund is a review of a charge that has already occurred.
Cancellation, payment-method changes, and invoice requests may be submitted through the Billing page or the support email.
